Burger Quesadilla

Burger Quesadilla with Good Foods Dill Pickle Dip.

Ingredients:

● 1 lb lean ground beef
● Salt and pepper, to taste
● 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
● 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
● 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
● 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
● 1 pkg Good Foods Dill Pickle Dip

Directions:

1. Form beef into 4 equal patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook until golden-brown and desired doneness is reached, about 3-5 minutes per side.

2. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the same clean skillet over medium heat. Place tortilla in pan and top with a few tablespoons of cheese, one patty, a few teaspoons of relish and a tablespoon of Good Foods Dill Pickle Dip. Top with an additional tablespoon of cheese and a tortilla. Cook until quesadilla is golden-brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining patties and ingredients.

3. Slice quesadillas in half and serve with remaining Good Foods Dill Pickle Dip.
