Cilantro Avocado Flatbread
Slice, slice, baby!
After a long day, there’s nothing more satisfying than a slice of pizza with extra dipping sauce.
We’re taking the “guilty” out of guilty pleasure with our healthy take on a flatbread.
Cubed avocado, red onion, Roma tomatoes, cilantro and olive oil combine on doughy perfection topped with our creamy cashew and herb based cilantro dip. Drizzled on top, this dip makes the perfect “secret sauce” your flatbread needs.
Cilantro Avocado Flatbread

Ingredients
- 16 oz. prepared pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Good Foods™ Avocado Pesto Dip
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Good Foods™ Creamy Cilantro Dip, to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll dough on floured surface 1/4″ thick. Transfer to baking sheet, pinching edges to make a lip and pricking all over with a fork to prevent bubbling. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Spread avocado pesto dip evenly on baked crust. Top with avocado, tomatoes and red onion. Drizzle creamy cilantro dip on top and garnish.
Tips:
- Modify for low-carb by making your favorite cauliflower pizza crust or make it convenient by using a puff pastry sheet.
