Homemade Pizza 3 Ways

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Ingredients
- Pizza Crust (pre-baked homemade or purchased)
- 4 Tbsp Good Foods Buffalo Dip
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- Spread Good Foods Buffalo Dip evenly on top of pizza crust. Top with chicken, red onion, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese.
- Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with green onions and drizzle with hot sauce.
Caprese Pizza Ingredients
- Pizza Crust (homemade or purchased)
- 4 Tbsp Good Foods Avocado Pesto Dip
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
- Balsamic reduction
- Fresh basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- Spread Good Foods Avocado Pesto Dip evenly on top of pizza crust. Top with mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with basil and drizzle with balsamic.
Veggie Queso Pizza Ingredients
- Pizza Crust (pre-baked homemade or purchased)
- 4 Tbsp Good Foods Queso Dip
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 6 mini sweet peppers, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup vegan parmesan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Heat oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add yellow onion, sweet peppers and garlic. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes or until veggies become tender.
- Spread Good Foods Queso Dip evenly on top of pizza crust. Top with sautéed veggies. Top with mushrooms, red onion and green onion.
- Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with vegan parmesan.
