Vibrant Veggie Board with Plant-Based Dips
A veggie board is a great and healthy option to put out any time of year. Whether snacking solo or with a small group, this array of vegetables is never alone when accompanied by a trio of Good Foods dips – Buffalo Dip, Queso Dip, and Cilantro Dip.
Ingredients:
Crispy Potato Wedges
Charred Brussels Sprouts
Cauliflower
Cucumber
Rainbow Carrots
Green Beans
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet and season to taste. Roast in the oven until desired texture is reached.
- Char brussels sprouts using preferred method.
- Assemble remaining veggies on the tray and serve along side the trio of Good Foods dips.
